Are you getting "Time Out" Errors?
If you are getting time-out errors, the most likely cause of it is your anti-virus software. We have found that Norton and MacAfee work pretty well, but most users of AVG Anti-Virus will experience the "Time Out" Errors. To fix this problem, simply disable your anti-virus software and any firewalls while you are downloading. Every program has a different way of disabling, so please consult your user's guide for details on how to disable your internet security.

Are you using a browser other than Internet Explorer?
If you are, you may find the site works much better with Internet Explorer (Version 6 or 7). If you're on a Mac, Safari seems to be the most stable browser for our website.

Are you having a problem betting the "Continue" Buttom to appear while checking out?
If you are, it's most likely 1 of 2 things. The Shipper hasn't been selected (US Postal Service) or after selecting the shipper, the shipment type wasn't selected (Express or Priority Shipping). The Continue Button hides until both of those have been selected.

Are you having problems with your Credit Card being declined?
If your card keeps getting declined, it could be a lot of things, but usually it's the AVS System (a security system implimented to help crack down on Credit Card Theft & Fraud). This matches the Name, Address, Zip Code and CVV Code (the 3 digit code on the back of the card) to the Credit Card # issued. If all of these things do match up perfectly, the transaction will be declined. On the "Declined" page, you will see an AVS code. You can call your bank and give them the code, and together, you should be able to find out what's not matching. Unfortunately, we have no control over the AVS System and cannot assist you in the process. One word of caution for people who are getting declined transactions is that you shouldn't try more than twice because most banks will "freeze" the funds for a few hours or even a day. This means that even though the money isn't coming through to us, it will still be temporarily unavailable for you to spend.

Are you having a hard time determining what format of DVDs to order?
DVD -R and DVD +R are 2 very common formats that almost all new DVDs will play. If you have a new DVD Player (a dvd player made in the last year or 2) you can most likely use both, so it won't matter which you choose. There are no quality differences between the 2 formats. If, however, you have an older DVD Player, then you may need to do a little detective work to see which (if either) your DVD Player supports. Sometimes it's as easy as looking at the front of your DVD Player. You will sometimes see a list of supported formats right there. If not, simply get the make and model of your DVD Player and enter it into a search engine. You will probably find a site that sells (or sold) your DVD player and you can click on the product info and it will be pretty easy to find which yours supports. If you can't find it, just e-mail us and we'll find it for you.

Do you want to unsubscribe from our e-mail list?
We take the CanSpam Laws very seriously and would never Spam anyone, this is why you were required to "Activate" your subscription when you originally joined. We'll be sad to see you go, but if you must, you can do it 2 ways. Click this link and then select "unsubscribe" and enter your e-mail address, or go to the e-mail that you received and look for the "Unsubscribe" link right on the e-mail.

Do you want to receive HTML Email instead of the text version?
First, what is HTML Email? Well, it's e-mail that looks more like a webpage. It has photos and links and most people like it because it looks better, is much easier to read and gives you a visual idea of what you would be reading if you were using the old fashioned "text" based e-mails. Most e-mail programs are defaulted to let you view HTML Emails instead of text, but some are not. Unfortunately, all e-mail programs work differently so I can't help you turn on the HTML feature, but it's almost always in the "Preferences" menu. You can also find it in your help index by just typing "HTML" into the search box in the help menu.
