HBWL Order Information

Shipping Times: We fill orders every day, but there are times when we will be out of stock on a title. We try to get every order delivered in under a week, but that isn't always possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, but you can expect it sooner than that.

Returns and Defects: Sorry, but we cannot take returns. If you receive a DVD with a defect, we will glady exchange it for the same title. Simply e-mail us with a description of your problem, the name of the DVD, and the format. We will get a new one out to you within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail. The replacement will be shipped Priority Mail, regardless of the shipping method you chose originally. IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG FORMAT, we will replace it with the right format, but we will have to charge for shipping first.

Shipping Methods: We use the US Post Office to ship our packages, both in the United States and International orders. We offer 2 delivery methods, Priority (generally arrives in 2-3 days) and Express (generally arrives in 1-2 days).For International Orders, you must select the international option for your country. (Yes, this does include Canada and Mexico). If you do not select the international option for your order, your order will be voided and will not be shipped.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover over the internet, or we can accept checks or money orders/cashiers checks. (Checks take a little longer to get you the tapes because we need to make sure they clear first, so for fastest service, please send a money order of cashiers check. NO CASH ACCEPTED, so please don't send it because I don't want to be responsible if the money gets lost in the mail. To mail an order, please be sure to include a signed statement veriying you are of legal age to purchase this material and send it to GJD Systems, 24 Stillwater Rd,Unit 1, Smithfield, RI 02917.

Age Restrictions: Because there is nudity in these videos, you have to be at least the legal age in your state to purchase these videos. You will be asked to verify your age when you place an order. Please check and make sure of your state's laws regarding the purchase of these tapes before placing your order.

International Orders: We do now ship to a few countries other than the United States. Who we ship to is based on the list of restricted items provided to our Post Office by your government. If this type of material is on the list (England, Australia and Germany, for example) then we cannot and will not ship to you, so please don't bother ordering DVDs. BUT you can purchase the downloadable matches that are also available. Please keep in mind that our DVDs are al Region 1, which is the Region for North America. If you hare ordering DVDs, please be sure your DVD player is either "Region Free" or plays Region 1 DVDs, as well as - or +R Formated DVDs. AS for shipping, you must select the international option for your country. (Yes, this does include Canada and Mexico). If you do not select the international option for your order, your order will be voided and will not be shipped.. Other charges: Every country is different with taxes and tariffs. When we e-mail you your charges for shipping, we will also let you know if the tapes are duty free or if there is a tax on them and also how much your country's sales tax is going to be for the product. you will be responsible for these charges at the time of delivery.
