Phil is Brad's roommate. Lately, HBWL has entered into his life. He's been attacked in his own home, he's had a physical from one of the wrestlers, he's been drugged, jerekd off, blown and every other thing that the wrestlers are subjected to...

This time, it seems like a simple enough day. He just needs to greet Brad's newest recruit, Troy and let him know that Brad is running late.

When Troy arrives, Phil delivers the message and heads off to get ready for work. When he turns to leave the bathroom, he faces his latest surprise... Boys Lights Out's Scott is once again looking for Brad.

When he discovers that Brad's not there, he decides to waste a little time by bullying little Phil around. Not able to fight back, Phil has to endure the wrath of Scott, who makes Phil do things to belittle him and make him appear weak and helpless (which he is). Eventually, Phil has had enough and tries to fight back just enough for Troy to hear the commotion.

Luckily for Phil, Troy liked what he saw in Phil and quickly comes to Phil's rescue. Troy seems to be more than enough to handle Scott, so when Phil helps him out a bit, the tables are turned, and now it's the bully getting bullied!

Little Phil (with a lot of help from Troy) is now ordering Scott to take off his clothes, stand up against a wall, get groped and get his ass smacked.

Everytime Scott tries to fight back, Troy and Phil together put him right back in his place. Eventually, however, Scott figures it out... He quickly takes out Phil with a sudden sucker punch and then in a 1 on 1 fight with Troy, he eventually takes over and turns the tables once again.

Now that Scott's in charge again, it's Troy AND Phil who are being bullied and told to do things to each other.

Scott relishes the role of bully and has a blast humiliating little Phil and his protector, who is now knocked out cold with his hands tied behind his back.

This match ends with Scott finally getting some payback against the HBWL boys.
